What is the VISION Elite Academy?
VISION combines high-level coaching and real competition to create a program where kids learn, compete, and grow all at once.

How the Program Works
Training Weeks– The first three weeks focus on skill development with drills, instruction, and guided play.
Team Formation– Athletes are placed on balanced teams, so every child gets the chance to compete and contribute.
Weekly Sessions– Each session begins with professional training and ends with a league game, giving players immediate opportunities to apply what they've learned.
Championship Tournament– The season closes with an exciting tournament where all teams come together for one big day of competition, celebration, and achievement.
The Grade 2-4 Program – What to Expect
Since 1999, VISION has been at the forefront of youth sports training in Canada.
We specialize in teaching the FUNdamentals to boys and girls in grades 2-4 through unique training techniques developed over more than two decades.
Our program is designed to make learning the game of volleyball both fun and effective, ensuring that young athletes not only improve their skills but also build a love for the sport.

The Grade 5-6 Program – A step ahead of the competition
Our program is divided into four seasons: Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer.
Each season is structured around “Development Camps” that focus on warm-up games, skill development, and team play.
We cap off each season with a friendly tournament, giving participants a chance to put their newly learned skills into action in a supportive and fun environment.
The Grade 7+ Program – Compete at the Next Level
Formerly the Vision Premier League, the Grade 7+ tier is the competitive next step for older athletes who are ready to train and play at a higher level.
Athletes get longer sessions, advanced systems and tactics, and weekly league play that sharpens tempo, transition, and reading the game — the stepping stone from academy fundamentals to club and high-performance volleyball.
Foster Teamwork and Communication
Participation in youth sport emphasizes the importance of working together, teaching children how to communicate effectively and collaborate with teammates.
Our high-intensity, fast-paced camps are led by certified club coaches who are committed to providing the best technical instruction in the province.

– Bob
“The girls are getting high quality training. Coaches take time to help all girls improve. Very pleased with the club. We love being part of Vision and are thankful for all the work this organization puts into the girls!”
